Mad Science

Every February Margee coordinates a science and technology night at the kids school. It's awesome. Local organizations that work in STEM provide hands on activities for the kids. Usually 300-400 people come to the event.

This was Kyra's first year where she was VP of science night, since she's now a student at the school. She was super pround to be a helper and be independent in checking the science stuff out.

Matt hit it of with North Central kids. This his school has an awesome institute for science and technology. Matt is looking forward to going there!

Little Ballerina

Kyra started doing ballet in December. Here are photos from a class this February. She loves dancing (and singing!) Kyra is in the front of the pic.

Castlegar Tournament

At the end of January, we spent a weekend in Castlegar BC for a hockey tournament. They boys got first place. They had to work really hard to win the tourney! Here are some photos of the final game. Matt plays defense the majority of the time now and he is really good at it.

Christmas Pagent

Kyra was in her a Christmas pagent at the UU church. She had a great time playing a little lamb.

Golden Hero Award

in December Matt was awarded the Golden Hero Award for being an outstanding student and great person. Congrats! The rotary club gives the students a $30 gift certificate to buy books for their class.

Matt's hockey team hosted a tournament in December. His team ended up winning third place. I got photos of the last game against Tacoma.
